Leopard Capital Ltd. was established in Cambodia to manage private equity investments in frontier and post-conflict markets.

In 2008, the firm launched Leopard Cambodia Fund, L.P., raised from private investors during the global financial crisis. In 2012, it established Leopard Haiti Fund L.P., backed by development finance institutions, and launched Leopard Asia Frontier Fund, investing in publicly listed equities across eleven frontier markets. The latter was spun off via management buyout and now operates independently as Asia Frontier Capital.

 

Across these vehicles, capital was deployed through equity and structured debt instruments in both private and publicly listed companies.
